Wolnir's Holy Sword has decent faith scaling with mediocre dex scaling, Lightning infused uchigatana is alright, Lightning Carthus Curved Greatsword is good, Lightning Halberd is okay, Lightning Crow Quills or buffed sharp crow quills would be decent.
